Make sure that you have no other browsers or windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [version] C:\WINDOWS\System32\manage.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BILRYFL] C:\WINDOWS\BILRYFL.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinEssential] C:\WINDOWS\System32\keyword.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [GJQWD] C:\WINDOWS\GJQWD.exe

Enable show hidden files and folders, reboot into safe mode by tapping F8 after the BIOS has loaded, find and delete the following:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\manage.exe
C:\WINDOWS\BILRYFL.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\keyword.exe
C:\WINDOWS\GJQWD.exe

Rescan with HJT and post a new log here for a final check over - let us know if the problem has been resolved.
Thanks for the help.
I have deleted the "04" files you listed.
After rebooting into safe mode I deleted manage.exe and keyword.exe, I was not able to locate BILRYFL and GJQWD files.

Below is the new HJT log after removing the files. Is there any more files I need to delete? Thanks.

This one can go, have HJT fix it:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)

Other than that it looks OK. Has the Golden casino issue stopped now?
Yes I think so. The file was attaching itself at random and it was hard to work out if Search and Destroy was actually getting rid of it. It started appearing at the same time I got the Juraun trojan that locked up my email. So I guess I will have to wait a while and see if it re-appears….will let you know. Thanks for all the help. D
Glad we could help. :)
