there it is thanks for the reply
Thanks for posting the new log.

Download and install CCleaner. Don't run it yet.

I need you to disable Microsoft's Real Time Protection for now. To do this:

1. Open Microsoft AntiSpyware.
2. Click on Tools, Settings.
3. In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection.
4. Under Startup Options uncheck Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security Agents on startup (recommended).
5. Under Real-time spyware threat protection uncheck Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
6. After you uncheck these, click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
7. Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Messenger Plus! 3. When you installed this, it also installed LOP. To remove LOP, you need to uninstall Messenger Plus! 3.

Run and scan with HijackThis. With all other borwsers and windows closed, place a check beside the following and Fix:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.vnfwwodpbvnezqwbeib.com/pzrWkgn…xvgz3awD3l3.htm

Also, do you recoginize this entry:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [408809432] C:\PROGRA~1\eGames\DROP2~1\Register\EGAMES~1.EXE /r "C:\PROGRA~1\eGames\DROP2~1\Register\EGAMES~1.rpd"

Maybe something related to this site perhaps? Have you purchased/installed anything from there?

Run CCleaner. Reboot and post a new HijackThis log please.
I did what was asked and here's the new log, one question when getting this log before running hijack this did I have to disable microsoft antispyware first again???

I did not do that so here's the log. As for that entry I think it was for a game my folks used to play on my computer it was a key for registration and it is not needed anymore if that is what it is………

Thanks for posting the new log.

If this line isn't needed anymore:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [408809432] C:\PROGRA~1\eGames\DROP2~1\Register\EGAMES~1.EXE /r "C:\PROGRA~1\eGames\DROP2~1\Register\EGAMES~1.rpd"

You can fix it. If you aren't using the games you can delete this folder:

C:\Program Files\eGames

Other than that… your log is CLEAN!!

To clean up any remnants that may have been left behind, I suggest doing a couple online virus scans. A couple good ones are Panda ActiveScan and TrendMicro HouseCall. Let them fix anything they find. Reboot between each scan.

Next, download and install Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D;. Visit this page for proper configuration of both programs. Run and scan with both, letting them fix whatever they find. Remember to reboot between each scan.

After that reset your System Restore Point. This will ensure a nice clean backup to fall upon if you ever need it. To do this:

1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click the System Restore tab.
3. Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives"

Reboot your computer, follow the steps above, this time unchecking the "Turn off System Restore" and reboot.

Along with Ad-Aware and Spybot, you might also want to look into installing SpywareBlaster, SpywareGuard, and IE-SPYAD. You can grab them from the links in my sig. The programs are free and can be updated, so please remember to do so. Installing these will go a long way in preventing reinfection.

Check out the links in my sig named How'd I get Infected and Understanding Spyware as well, some good information for you :)

Other than that, remember to update Windows frequently, update your protection programs, scan often and…

Surf Safe!
so i ran the Panda Scan and it found one adware in the registry that it couldn't remove….. Adware:Adware/SaveNow Location: Windows Registry I'm trying to find out how to remove this now but If you already know and can shoot me some more help that would be wikkid…….lemme know if you want me to post another Log File……………….btw I havent ran TrendMicro House Call yet….
Its most likely an orphaned entry of sorts, but might as well see if we can clean it up for you. Did the Panda Scan say where in the registry it is or no?
no i didn't say where it was it just said there was no disinfectant, I also ran Spybot, Adaware and Trendo they didn't find it but adaware found and got rid of a tracking cookie from realmedia.com

here's a log file just incase u need one
