Thnall1ac.exe And Fssxckszx.exe

Hi,

I have Thnallac1.exe and Fssxckszx.exe in my system and can't seem to rid of them. Norton keep asking me whether to allow it in or block it and have blocked it many times.

OK, this is a new nasty infection, lets try this first - it has worked:

Download ewido security suite from here… http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Update it’s database from here.. http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/
Run a scan and let it clean the PC.

Hi MrCharlie,

I have had a fiddle about with the PC as Aurora kept popping up with Norton warning me allowing it or to block it. It was doing my head in. So before receiving your e-mail to let me know that you have replied to me……..I have installed this Uninstall Program and it has stopped Aurora so far so now you have replied to me and advised me what to do and have done it …….

I have had a fiddle about with the PC as Aurora kept popping up with Norton warning me allowing it or to block it. It was doing my head in. So before receiving your e-mail to let me know that you have replied to me……..I have installed this Uninstall Program and it has stopped Aurora so far so now you have replied to me and advised me what to do and have done it …….


What "Unistall Program" are you talking about, the one I asked you to run?

Please move HJT into its own permanent folder so bakups can be made.
example: C:\MyHJT\HJT.exe or C:\MyDocuments\MyHJT\HJT.exe

To clean up a bit…

Close ALL programs down, leaving ONLY HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O4 - Global Startup: hp center.lnk = C:\Program Files\hp center\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Delete these files if found:

C:\Program Files\hp center\137903\Program\BackWeb-137903.exe <—file

ALCXMNTR.EXE <—search for this one
(These are considered spyware)

Clean out temporary and TIF files. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: cleanmgr. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure these 3 are checked and then press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

Reboot and post a fresh HJT log and lets see how we did, MrC

Don't open e-mail attachments without first scanning them with an up-to-date
anti virus program, even after doing that I would be very careful. Don't click on any executables in e-mails or any other links that you're not sure of.
Watch your surfing habits, don't click on or download anything you're not sure of. Don't install a program that hasn't been recommended by a reputable organization.
