Is there anything I can fix from the following logfile? I've tried adaware and spybot S&D. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum.

Go to your control panels add/remove programs and uninstall these if listed:

ISTsvc
Zonfz
180solutions

and any other programs you don't recognize or didn't install - if you're not sure please ask first.

Download and unzip the KillBox to a folder - we'll use it later.

Press Control-Alt-Del to enter the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and end the following processes if listed:

Wrlnjq.exe
p2pntutl.exe
ntkenh.exe
istsvc.exe

Exit the Task Manager when finished

Close ALL programs down, leaving ONLY HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\blank.htm
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sais] c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
O4 - Global Startup: 22M WLAN Adapter.lnk = ?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Bifvxgu] C:\Program Files\Zonfz\Wrlnjq.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [6XBZGOeAY] C:\WINDOWS\mgorshl.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [q28X36R] p2pntutl.exe

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Now open up the KillBox and copy and paste each one of these in and hit delete, if the file exists, it will appear in blue under the window.

c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
C:\Program Files\Zonfz\Wrlnjq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\mgorshl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\p2pntutl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ntkenh.exe

The KillBox has a 'delete on reboot' or 'replace on reboot' (use dummy), use them if needed.
When using delete on reboot or replace on reboot - you can add multiple files.

Now delete these folders if found:

C:\Program Files\Zonfz
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc
c:\program files\180solutions

Clean out temporary and TIF files. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: cleanmgr. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure these 3 are checked and then press *ok* to remove:

Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

Reboot and post a fresh HJT log and lets see how we did, MrC
