Welcome New Member Message

Hope this is the correct forum. It is my first post. I was carefully reading the "Welcome New Members" message in this forum. In fact, I printed it to make sure I follow every step advised in the mesage. I clicked on the links for the recommended instructions for setting up ad-aware and spybot, and the links would not take me to the site. Can you give me a different link to the instructions? I just want to set up my ad-aware and spybot exactly as recommended in this forum. Thanks.
