I'm having a serious problem with pop-ups. I have run adaware, spybot, etc and I've also cleaned out items in msconfig/startup and in my registry, but there are a few processes that keep coming up even though I've cleaned them from my registry. A couple of them are imkrnz and eliteoxx32. I don't know how they are recreated in my registry. My nephew suggested hijackthis so here I am. I want to be certain that I don't delete anything I need so I'm posting my log. I hope someone can help me with this. Here is my log:

The link was a batch file and not a zip, so I didn't unzip it. I went into safe mode and ran the file. Thanks for looking :-) Here is the output from Hijackthis:

Download the the FindQoologic-Narrator.zip and save it to your Desktop.
http://forums.net-integration.net/index.ph…=post&id=134981

1. Extract (unzip) the files inside into their own folder called FindQoologic.
2. Open the FindQoologic folder.
3. Locate and double-click the Activesetup.vbs file to run it.
Please wait until a "Finished" message appears.

* When the set-up is complete a file named "Activesetup components[Machine ID][date].txt" will have been saved in the FindQoologic folder.

4. Locate and double-click the Find-Qoologic.bat to run it.

* The tool will open a DOS window and begin to check your system.
When it is finished a text file will open in Notepad called "file.txt".
* Save this text file in the FindQoologic folder.
* Close the DOS box If on win 98 or me.

5. Open the "Activesetup components[Machine ID][date].txt" file and the file you saved and copy / paste their contents to this thread (as a reply).

Download Killbox.
Click killbox.exe.
Select the option "Delete on reboot".

Now copy the next bold:

C:\WINNT\MHZAK.DLL
C:\WINNT\System32\DPUNA.DLL
C:\WINNT\System32\SHRPGYP.DLL
C:\WINNT\System32\WINUP2~1.DLL
C:\WINNT\System32\DRMCOAC.EXE
C:\WINNT\System32\IMKRNZ.EXE
C:\WINNT\System32\WBKQV.DAT

Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard

Now you will see, this is pasted in the "Full Path of File to Delete"-field.
There's a little arrow (dropdown-arrow) next to that field.
If you expand it, these lines must be there together!

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.
Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be deleted on next reboot.. Click YES
When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES
If you get a "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!" message then just restart manually.

Your system must reboot now.

Open notepad and copy and paste next content in the field in it:

REGEDIT4

[-HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{7c434dae-ff6a-4cb4-8f97-cfe9040bc388}]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{7c434dae-ff6a-4cb4-8f97-cfe9040bc388}]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{7c434dae-ff6a-4cb4-8f97-cfe9040bc388}]

Save this as Qfix.reg choose to save as *all files and place it on your desktop.
Doubleclick on it and when it asks you to add the content to the registry, click yes/ok

Post a new findqoologic-log in your next reply.

It's installed by TrojanHunter… Ever heard of that program?

Could you please go to Start - Run and type:
msconfig
Click OK.
Go to tab Startup, and click the button "Enable all"
Click Apply, then on Close.
Reboot, make a new HijackThis log, and post it here.
