Hello bobbyb, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. I have been looking at your log trying to figure out how to advise you. I guess I will just give you the information and make my suggestions. You have a rather nasty worm that is called
W32/Rbot-IR. This is information from Sophos about the item: http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32rbotir.html
It is especially nasty in it "Allows others to access the computer and Reduces system security". Please take the time to review the information under each tab so you will understand what you are up against. One of the issues we deal with in malware removal is that every AV company calls these worms by different names and since you have Symantec onboard I would think your best avenue of successful removal would be by dealing with them. I could be wrong but they afterall are who you are paying for this service. Symantec may have a tool or specific instructions for you to follow for removal of this worm. I will show you what it looks like in your log and basically this is your complete problem other than the fact you are running HJT from a temp folder and that must be corrected. I will supply a link to a tutorial below showing you how to fix this.
Here is this worm:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Compliant] xwawof.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Compliant] xwawof.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Windows Compliant] xwawof.exe

My suggestion to you is that you contact Symantec right away, give them the information I have provided and ask for their directions in using the software you have on board to remove the item.

Here is a list of the removal tools they have, perhaps it will be one of these?
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/tools.list.html

Please understand I do not deal with Symantec and I am providing this information to help you. This page: http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/support_options.html seems to be a good place to start, and if you do not have a toll free number your can review your options. I note online and phone support and I see this:
Symantec will perform a quick system scan at no cost to help solve your problem before you contact paid phone support. If you can get to a tech, explain your problem and then see what they advise.

As another option, and I can't say this is better only that it is an option, here is a free online trojan scan:
http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/ and a link to a free trial download of http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/ I will say that since you pay Symantec that they should give you the help you need? I wish you good luck, and once the worm has been removed, if you will post a new log after updating HJT to the latest version which is 1.99.1 and putting the HJT.exe into a safe permanent folder according to these instructions: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial94.html
I will be glad to check your log to make sure that you have been successful and that you are clean.

Thanks…pskelley
