Hello heathen chemist, Welcome to TomCoyote forums. For starters you need to stop creating new posts. You posted here: Posted on: Mar 13 2005, 06:29 AM and again here: Posted on: Mar 14 2005, 05:07 AM. This is the link where you would post IF you have not received an answer within five days: http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showtopic=31622 This should give you some idea of the possible time frame for responses. These multiple posts add to the confusion and slow down everyones chances for help. Thank you.

1) Download CWShredder from the following link, update it and choose FIX not scan. Allow it to run and let me know if it locates and deletes anything. Thanks.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popu…WShredder.shtml

2) HijackThis is outdated, we are currently using version 1.99.1. Please update to that version.

3) You are infected with Trojan-Clicker.Win32.Spyre.b Run these two free online scans setting them to fix/clean anything they locate. Let me know what the find and if they can't fix something I need the ecact name and address of the item:
http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/co…n_principal.htm
If asked to allow an ActiveX you must say yes, the scans will not run without this and both scans are safe.

4) When completing these instructions some items may have been removed by the tools we used. You should still complete the instructions to the end.

5) Open Task Manager then under the Processes tab, locate and end process on this item:
pxsisuy.exe

6) SCAN with HJT V1.99.1 and check these lines:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://w-find.com/sp.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://w-find.com/index.htm
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://w-find.com/index.htm
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://w-find.com/sp.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://w-find.com/index.htm
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Srv32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [auwsggt] c:\windows\iwcwhir.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Srv32 spool service] C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/29ae8a9092399f…ip/RdxIE601.cab
-Netster
O21 - SSODL: NTDBGTOOL - {924B647A-B596-4A2E-BC49-D7A62A3F5432} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dsquview.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore, locate and delete these item:

c:\windows\iwcwhir.exe >>> file

C:\windows\pxsisuy.exe >>> file

This is a valid System32 file, do not delete the wrong one:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe

C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe >>> file bad one

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Post a new log using V1.99.1, make sure you stay in this same thread. Post the feedback I asked for and any comments you have.

Thanks…pskelley
