Hello Jimmy King, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. Do you have an issue? What I can see of the log is basically ok, you are just very outdated. We are running version 1.99.1 which shows several areas I need to see. You can update from within the software like this: To update HJT, open the program, then click on Config to the right. Then on the top line, choose Misc Tools.
On the left column choose "Check for update online". Follow the instructions.

I can see running programs that do not need to run at Startup and can be started from Start, All Programs when your need them and some you may be able to disable via MSCONFIG if you wish: http://netsquirrel.com/msconfig/ Here are links where you learn about what is running to help with your decision:
