Hello getur, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you still need help please follow these directions.
Do you know what these are? O9 - Extra button: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {C18098E6-5DE9-4023-97A3-37BE15A5695D} - (no file) (HKCU) I see them six times in the 09 items, do you know why they are there?

1) I:\Security\Hijackthis\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe. I do not know if this is running from a floppy or a CD. Please do this, Open your C:\ and point your mouse to a blank spot. Make a NEW FOLDER and name it HJT. Move your HJT.exe into that folder. It will look like this: C:\HJT\hjt.exe and be in a safe position to save backups for safety and logs you create. Thanks please do this before you continue with the instructions.

2) You have a rouge spyware product onboard your computer called: Security iGuard. Please review the information about this rouge product here: http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm then use Add Remove programs to remove this rouge product from your computer.

3) You have a varient of CoolWebSearch. Download, Update and Run CWShredder from the follow link, make sure you click on FIX not scan. Allow it to run and let me know what it located and removed in your next post.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popu…WShredder.shtml

4) Open HJT then click on "Open the Misc Tools section". Under SYSTEM TOOLS, click on "Open process manager". Locate this process highlite it and click on "Kill Process"
C:\WINDOWS\System32\6xnh2i2p395thd.exe
CoolWebSearch parasite variant

5) Still in HJT click on SCAN and check the box in front of each of these line items:

Follow the instruction in the follow link to enable hidden files for your operating system. You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.

Thank you for your help. I have four computers running in my home network. The one that is infected, is disconnected from the network. I communicate with the forum using different computer and transfer all the logs and other files or updates by external hard drive. CWShreder didn’t found anything and in my C:\WINDOWS\System32\ I can see 2 more strange files: “4fmu85727xl2.dll.dll” and “4zu29gsd8wbgv3ll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.” do you know what they are? The 09 entries are from Microsoft AntiSpyware program. This is my latest log. Two lines still there. I run 3 times and they keep showing up.

Hello getur,

The 09 entries are from Microsoft AntiSpyware program

I see, the MicrosoftAntiSpyware is installed on another computer and all I am seeing are the plugins on this one. That was what had me wondering, I saw the plugins and no software program. Thanks.

Before we proceed, you have HijackThis onboard twice, see the items near the end of running processes:
C:\Documents and Settings\George\My Documents\Programs\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\George\My Documents\Programs\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe
Please delete one of these.

Now let me make this point, this item: O2 - BHO: (no name) - {467FAEB2-5F5B-4c81-BAE0-2A4752CA7F4E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\W8C6S4~2.DLL Is a CoolWebSearch Varient.
See this: http://computercops.biz/clsid-1229.html
and this: http://www.superadblocker.com/W/W8C6S4~1.DLL-2581.html
This is probably the trojan that it came onboard with:
http://www.superadblocker.com/W/W8C6S4~1.DLL-2581.html

We have to get it of, I am sure the 020 item is part of it. By now you should be assured the item is CoolWebSearch, so let's try that CWShredder again, this time in the Safe Mode. Run it a couple of times. You know what it looks like in the log. Once it is gone, we can move on to making sure nothing else is onboard.

If this version of CWS does not remove it, then follow the same instructions and try this older version that may be successful.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial47.html

Here is what to do, download the other version and save it on the desktop. Enter Safe Mode by following the instructions in this link for your Operating System:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Once in Safe Mode, run both versions of CWShredder, run them twice, it won't hurt. Once you have done this, while still in Safe Mode:

The first two items below were on the removal list, I need you to communicate with me, did you remove them to have them return or did you miss them.. Hard for me to see what is happening from here.

Still in Safe Mode check the box in front of these lines if there:

Click on fix checked.

Go back to here: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ and delete any of these you see.
4fmu85727xl2.dll.dll

If any other strange looking .dll's are there open a Google search on one of the online computers and if Google returns NOTHING on it, delete them also.

I would also like to clear all Temp and Temp Int Files(TIF) along with the Prefetch. Please make sure not to delete the Temp folders, just the contents, same goes for C:\Windows\Prefetch…just the contents not the folder.
C:\Temp\
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp\
Also delete your Temporary Internet Files, be sure to also select delete all offline content.
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\

Here is some information about these items so you will know you are proceeding correctly:

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Post a new log, include any information you think I might need to continue.

Hello Pskelley,
No I did not miss those lines, they just keep coming back. CWS did not found anything. I follow your instructions line by line. When I deleted one think, after reboot those files was there again. There was bunch of dll files in WIDOWS\System32\ but some of them I couldn’t delete. Some of them was coming back with different names. Finely I pick all newest files and start deleting them one by one. Finally, after last reboot everything looks OK. This is my last log.

Thank you very much. I deeply appreciated your help and this forum. I have to tell you that I learn a lot my self. getur
Hello getur, You did a great job. You should print that log and put it on the wall by your computer. Your log is clean and your computer should be running much better. How did the bad stuff get there? Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

If You follow the advice above and the chance of staying clean is very much improved. Here are my program suggestions for staying safe and all are free:
Spybot

Ad-aware

SpywareBlaster

SpywareGuard:

IE-Spyad

Purge system restore file: I suggest you do this, if something bad is backed up in System Restore and you have to use it in an emergency, the bad stuff will get back on your computer. This will purge SR and create a new restore point:
