sorry to incist, It's just that this problem is getting out of hand…….It seems that I may have done something wrong as I posted the first message, I don't know if anyone is actualy seeing my postings, please reply if someone is. Thankyou very much Franky
Mr. Administrator It´s been a week since I first posted, and the problem is still there. It seems no one has even seen my posting, because no one has replied…………can you please help me??????????? Thanks Franky
Hello franky , welcome to the forum.

Please use the ADD REPLY button when posting back.

Important: Do this before any fix.

Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT).
You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT.

Go to where your HijackThis is and Right Click on HijackThis.exe, select Cut, then open the new folder you just created (HJT) Right Click in the folder and select paste.

The reason we do this is Hijackthis creates backup files just in case you'd need to restore one and we'll be cleaning out the temp files.

After the above:

You may want to print out these instructions or save them to your desktop as a text file with Notepad because we will be restarting into Safe Mode later on in the fix and you might not be able to access the Internet.
  • Prepare CWShredder for use:
    • Download CWShredder.
    • Save CWShredder.exe to a convenient location.
    • Please do not do anything with it yet.

    • If not auto-cleaned, remove anything it finds.
    • Click "Close" to exit the Housecall scanner.
    • Choose "Yes" at the HouseCall message prompt.
  • Prepare your reply:
    • Please post a fresh HijackThis log
    • Please post the AboutBuster log.
    • Please note any complications you had.
Hello, Thanks for helping me!!
I did as you said and these were the results:
When I ran cwshredder in safe mode, during the scan it apeared a message saying that there was an error and windows had to shotdown. I tried runing it in normal mode but the same thing happened.
When I tried to follow the instructions for TrendMicro Housecall, I couldn't find the exact buttons you said, but I went ahead and scaned, but in the middle o the scan, an error from explorer appeared and it shotsdown as well.
Here are the HJT and AboutBuster Logs………Thanks

Attempted Clean Of Temp folder.
Pages Reset… Done!
I forgot to mention that norton detects a sript everytime I turn on the computer, and it asks if it should stop it, and I have said yes every time, so I don't know what the script does… thanks Franky
I suggest you do this:

Important: Do this before any fix.

Please put your HijackThis in it's own folder, (I create a new folder in C:\ named HJT).
You can do a Right Click on any open area on the desktop, New> Folder, then rename the folder HJT.

Go to where your HijackThis is and Right Click on HijackThis.exe, select Cut, then open the new folder you just created (HJT) Right Click in the folder and select paste.

The reason we do this is Hijackthis creates backup files just in case you'd need to restore one and we'll be cleaning out the temp files.

After the above:

Run HijackThis again and put a check by these.

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Restart in Safe Mode:
Restart your computer.

Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen.
Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter.

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, select "Show hidden files and folders."
Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Search for and delete these files if listed:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Microsoft Windows.hta

Do this also if these Temp Folders are part of your OS.

Also in safe mode navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Next navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\(EVERY Listed Profile USER)\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.

Is this your Company Network or ISP?
NameServer = 200.23.242.202
Are you in Mexico?

I suggest you do this:

Run HijackThis again and put a check by these.

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {B83D8039-1F56-5743-D7AA-9351819CDCC0} - C:\WINDOWS\d3ou.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [javasf.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\javasf.exe

O23 - Service: Network Security Service ( 6QÔõ'ª´ÆÐ8) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\javatc.exe (file missing

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ipfc32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javasf.exe

Empty the Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
I have no idea what is our company network name server……sorry, and yes I am in Mexico.
I did all you said…….I think we might not have gotten them all yet, but here it is….Thanks
Franky

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
Hello……..I did as you instructed and my findings were:
When I ran regsvr32.exe /U uulxu.dll, I got a message saying that Dll unregister server entry point was not found.

When I ran HJT and tried to fix 023 - Service:Network Security Service….etc. it was not there.

Over all, the computer is behaving much better, the thread that norton was detecting every time I turned the pc on is gone, and I think the pop ups are also gone……..
Thanks
Franky

here is a fresh log…

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on. Both are available below.

Safe Surfing. :D
