Click here to download CWShredder and run it, hit 'fix' as opposed to 'scan only'. Reboot when done.

Click here to download Spybot Search & Destroy - install, update, scan and fix all RED items it finds. Reboot when done.

Click here to download Ad-Aware SE and install. Before scanning click on "check for updates now" to make sure you have the latest reference file. Click "Start", select "Perform Full System scan" and "Next" to start the scan. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

Reboot when done. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here so that any remnants can be removed manually.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, find and delete the following:

C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe

Reboot when done. Click here to download O15Fix.zip. Extract O15Fix.reg from the zip file and save it to the desktop. When done, double click the O15Fix.reg and when asked to merge say yes.

Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.

Everything went as you stated except I did not see the zeta.exe in that directory. I did a search of the entire hard drive with hidden files visible and as well as system files and did not find it. I rebooted and merged the 015fix.reg. Below is the latest Hijack log:

It is running much better thanks. Was wondering If you had an opinion on firewalls. I only have a software firewall ( ZoneALarm) by zone labs. My PC is connected directly to my dsl router. If there is anything you can recommend I would definiely appreciate the input. I will donate $$ today and spread the word about tomcoyote. I am a first time user and am extremely appreciative of your willingness and most of all your Knowledge in helping people with these problems.. Thanks Again :D Rick
