Please help me solving this problem… I am not able to do that.
Thanck you.
Hello Peter_31, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you are still looking for help I will see what I can do. First your HJT.exe needs a folder to store backups and logs in. Return to Docs and Settings, RIGHT click on a blank spot and create a NEW FOLDER. Move the HJT.exe and any logs you see into that folder. Make sure nothing HJT is left out of the folder.

The search and destroy is not detecting this trojans.

If you are talking about Spybot S&D V1.3, this is one great tool but it is basically for adware, hijackers. Your antivirus product if properly maintained is supposed to catch virus/trojans, and there are no 100% guarantees with any product, this is why the protection needs to be layered and well maintained. We will discuss that once we have you cleaned up.

You have not posted a complete log, the first line is cut off, please post the complete log.

Run this free online scan, setting it to fix or clean anything it locates. Scan the complete system. Post the results, also the exact name and location of any item located that could not be removed.
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/co…n_principal.htm

These are two nasty DPF files, and one is a dialer, please do this:
Scan with HijackThis and put a check in the box in front of these line items:

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/163058908db5bb648518/…RdxIE601_de.cab
-Netster
O16 - DPF: {E0B795B4-FD95-4ABD-A375-27962EFCE8CF} - http://install.stardialer.de/StarInstall.ocx
-StarDialer

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

Clean Like this: Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then ok. Check and remove anything windows locates.

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Use ADD REPLY to stay in this thread, post a new log along with your comments and information from the scan.

Thanks…pskelley

Hello pskelley,

I did what you sugested in your reply, but I was not able to dowload the Panda softweare cheking tool, some how I the computer beeps in the meedle of the download and then the process stops.

Now I did again a c: drive ativir check and nothig was detected… uff??

One thing that I noticed yesterday was that the trojans where detected by the antivir just when loged in one of my users, in the other one the antivir s did not detected them.
The log I sent yesterday was made when loged in the second user where no detection hapened.
Both users have the same reghts (administrator)
I am writing this because it could be important??

I will post now the hijackThis log from today, after doing what you indicated:

Do you have an idea why the panda antivirus dowload is not working?

Thank you very mutch for your fast help, I am a bit more animated with the internet again :)
Hello Peter,

Do you have an idea why the panda antivirus dowload is not working?

Hard to tell, all software will just not run on all configurations. Could be the way your ActiveX is set? I would have just given you another scan had the system not failed us.
I must apologize as we recently went through a merger and change of sotware. During this period the notifications stopped sending email to us to let us know you posted. I found this error during a routine check of member's posts. While I can report there no malware in the last log you posted, I did not get to reply on a timely basis to your post. I also wanted you to have this information:

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

Due to this mixup, if you wish to post another log, feel free to do so. I will leave this thread open for 48 hours for you.
Thanks, Phil Skelley
