Optional items to check with HijackThis for improved performance.
You are using Grokster. This is not technically malware by itself, but it installs malware in order to run properly and it opens the door for every other nasty program you can think of. I strongly recommend that you remove it. Read this article for alternatives that will provide some of the same function without the garbage: http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/ If you opt to remove it, first use Add/Remove Program to remove it and any reference to P2P Networking. Go to your control panel, then to add/remove programs…uninstall P2P networking.
P2P Networking is a totally useless Grokster add-on, and it's been reported to be responsible for serious system slowdowns.
There is an article about it here along with a list of safe file sharing programs.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1801674531-1965331169-682003330-1003\Dc123\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART

With all other programs and browsers closed, click fix checked.

Step 2
Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove the following items (if found):

P2P Networking << Optional item mentioned above.

Step 3
Reboot normally.

Step 4
I see that you are running msconfig in /auto mode which means that you may have selectively removed some items in the past from the startup procedure. This can be bad if they are malware, so we would like you to re-enable those startup entries by doing the following:

Please click on start, then run, and type msconfig and then press enter. When the window opens click on the startup tab and make sure there are checkmarks in every entry. Then press ok until you are out of the program. If it asks to reboot, do not reboot.

Now please create a new Hijackthis Log and post it as a reply to this thread. You may now uncheck all of those items again in msconfig.
