Kill Box Won't Stop Proces Reformat Time

Kill Box won't stop the processes that keep these spyware coming back have tried just about everything. I've even tried Hyjack this tool but nothing seems to work ! Even tried all this in safe mode. And yes I made sure my browser was closed. Don't no if reformatting will do the trick but will have to give it a try. Will wait an hour or two and see if there is a reply to the log I posted but if not I will go and reformat! Hate to do it and loose all the stuff on hard drive but see no other recourse. Thanks for the help in the past!

You have the latest version of VX2. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Also you need to update Hijack this.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

Here is the log you requested. I forgot to mention the Icon that also appeared on my desktop that calls itself "! Protect your Data" with what looks like a Red eye ball for the icon part. Afraid to click on the dayam thing to see what happens. Also my recycling bin doesn't work ! I've check to see if the settings had been changed to delete all files instead of sending to recyc but that box is not checked. You know of some way I can restore it ? Right click on the file and go to Properties.
Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from: and what program is running it.

All it says it's a web address located in my settings and document folder and gives a numbered URL: address and it's using 4.00 KB of info on the disk and thats about it. Sorry forgetting the other log will send both again:

PCTools Spyware Doctor seams to have a file missing you may need to reinstall it.
That is if you are using it if not remove it in add and remove programs.

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.slotchbar.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted IP range: 67.19.185.246

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Post back with 2 fresh HijackThis logs,
one being in safe mode and we'll take another look.

For some reason I'm not able to open my document folder. Actually there is two of them on my desktop and I don't know were the secound one came from. My system hangs then crashes when I go to open either one of them! Heres the log files you requested. One with normal bootup and one in safe mode:

Download the trial version of TDS-3
Install it, but do not launch it yet

Update it here right click, select "save as"

Save it to the directory where you installed TDS-3, overwriting the previous radius.td3.

Then launch TDS-3. in the top bar of tds window click system testing> full system scan.
detections will appear in the lower pane of tds window. after the scan is finished ( it'll take a while )
right click the list> select save as txt. save it and post the contents of the scandump.txt here.

After posting the scandump go ahead and right click the list of detections again. this time select delete!
Only delete those with positive identification.

Only delete those with positive identification. And let me know if any would not go. Looks like we are making head way. Thne post another log.

Scanned again and only the locked files showed and the ones that showed that it thought was suspect but I know what they are and they are lagit ! About some of the lock files I've tried to delet some of them before to get some time back to regain some hard drive back. When I run a scan disc under dos it say there is some free space but alocate it I need to run the scan with /F (Fix) but when I've done that it doesn't seem to take care of it. I've tried quite a few times but with no avail. This was before I was infected. This web link icon on my desk top also has me worried also. Keep thinking it's some kind of way to reinfect my system on reboot but that mught be just me being paranoid lol.
