Dear Sir/Madam. I was told that this problem could be result from sn aggressive worm which cant be located nor fixed by the recommended software such as Ad Aware , SpyBot , etc which I've got them & tried them. I've attached the Hijackthis log file which could be my last hope in order 2 fix the above mentioned problem, as I would like 2 avoid re-installed my HD as some technicians advised me. Apreciate your help Thanks in advance P.S: I cant find how 2 attach the log file ???? :(
Its me again…

I saw others that paste the HijackThis Log file so i will do it as well sorry 4 the inconvenient

Hi there,
Please set your system to show all files; see here for how to do this if you're unsure.

The following are mandatory fixes:
Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {49E0E0F0-5C30-11D4-945D-000000000003} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.
