Welcome to the forum.
You haven't said what you have done so far.
If you haven't please update your anti virus progrm and run it or here's 3 free scans: (make sure you set them to 'auto-clean')
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/co…n_principal.htm
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/licence.php
Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [DeleteMe] "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" /c "C:\DOCUME~1\SHERRY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\DeleteMe.bat"
Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.
Delete the contents of this folder:
C:\DOCUME~1\SHERRY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp
Clean out temporary and TIF files. Go to Start > Run and type in the box: cleanmgr. Let it scan your system for files to remove. Make sure these 3 are checked and then press *ok* to remove:
Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin
Reboot and post a fresh HJT log and lets see how we did, MrC

MrCharlie
Open up your control panels add/remove programs and uninstall TimeSink if listed.
Close ALL programs down, leaving ONLY HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TimeSink Ad Client] "C:\Program Files\TimeSink\AdGateway\TsAdBot.exe"
—————————————–
This one is a resource hog and not needed at start-up:
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Srccode\O2KPSR1\Disk1\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\OSA9.EXE
Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.
Delete this folder if still present:
C:\Program Files\TimeSink
Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look. MrC
