If you have installed one of the MessengerPlus programs please go to add/reomve programs and remove it.
Open task manager and stop process on this file if running

Then scan with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and choose FIX.

Then reboot to safe moe (tap f8 while bios loads) and look for and remove this folder

there is no messenger plus in add/remove programs.
it was removed a few weeks backs.
