Hi MrC, Again, many thanks for your ongoing help. I will most definitely be sending a donation to support this forum. The requested Find IT NT-2K-XP, DllCompare, and new Highjackthis logs will follow this post. Note: After following the procedures for KillBox as instructed, I received the following message from MS AntiSpyware Alert after rebooting: "khuity.exe is trying to add itself to startup programs folder". It gave me the option to allow or block. I chose block.
Here are the Find It NT-2K-XP output.txt results: Warning! This utility will find legitimate files in addition to malware. Do not remove anything unless you are sure you know what you're doing. I received the following message from MS AntiSpyware Alert after rebooting: "khuity.exe is trying to add itself to startup programs folder". It gave me the option to allow or block. I chose block.

See if you can find that file - khuity.exe - may be in system\32 somewhere, if found delete it.

How is it running now? Let me know , MrC
Hello Mr Charlie, Was not able to locate khuity.exe, but when I rebooted my PC earlier today, I did not receive any message from MS AntiSpyware Alert saying that it was trying to add itself to startup programs folder, AND more importantly, I'VE BEEN POP-UP FREE FOR TWO DAYS NOW!!!!! I'm not sure if I missed something, or if the dreaded infection will return, but your incredible patience and expertise has finally rid my computer of its' horrible spy/adware infection. McAfee, Spybot, Ad-aware 6.0, and MS Antispyware all failed to do what you have done for me. Your a genius!!! These companies should pay you and all the other guys affiliated with the TomCoyote Forums as consultants! Again, thanks a million for your help, and for those responsible for creating this board. I will most certainly mail a donation to the address provided. Unless you think I should do something else, I'm considering this problem solved. As much of a pleasure it has been to receive your assistance, I hope we don't communicate again for a long time! Many, many thanks. You are a cybersaint!
Sounds Good!!, I'll keep the post open for a while, so if you have any more problems post back in this thread.

I'll leave you with……..
