You will need to disable winpatrol or it will block the fix.

Please scan with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and choose FIX.

Then boot to safe mode and delete this file

ALCXMNTR.EXE

Then reboot and post a new log.
The only .exe related to ALCXMNTR.EXE that I could find on a search in safe mode was ALCXMNTR.EXE-30324980.pf (I deleted it) and that appeared in between two counts of ALCXMNTR that had no .exe attached to it even in "properties" so I did not delete those two because you said to delete the one with .exe. But now after rebooting I search for ALCXMNTR and two instances of it show up with .exe attached to it. So do I delete these two ALCXMNTR.exe's or do I delete the two ALCXMNTR's without .exe's that appear in safe mode? It runs ok. But… The only .exe related to ALCXMNTR.EXE that I could find on a search in safe mode was ALCXMNTR.EXE-30324980.pf (I deleted it) and that appeared in between two counts of ALCXMNTR that had no .exe attached to it even in "properties" so I did not delete those two because you said to delete the one with .exe. So do I delete these two ALCXMNTR.exe's or do I delete the two ALCXMNTR's without .exe's that appear in safe mode?
I cranked those two in normal mode with CyberScrub.
