Hello JTthunder, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. If you are still looking for help, I will give it a try. Please follow these instructions:

Open Task Manager then under the Processes Tab, end process on these items if they are there.
WebSpecials
SurfBuddy

Scan with HijackThis and check each of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore, locate and delete these folders:

C:\Program Files\WebSpecials\ >>> folder

C:\Program Files\SurfBuddy\ >>> folder

Clean Like this: Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then ok. Check and remove anything windows locates. Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Surf a bit to see how it's running, then post a new log along with any comments you have. Use the following two links to stay in this thread.
