Hello Glenda, Welcome to TomCoyote forum. We do have some work we can do in your log. I wish to tell you that if we are not able to identify an item with our search engines, then we consider it a random named trojan. You have several in this log. I will note they are random named trojans below the item in red. If you do not know what the item is, follow the instructions to remove it. Thanks.

First, please look at your HijackThis.exe: C:\Documents and Settings\glenda\Desktop\HijackThis.exe. We need a folder to store backups and logs, go to the HJT.exe and create a new folder by right clicking on a blank spot, call it HJT and move the HJT.exe into that folder. It will then look like this: C:\Documents and Settings\glenda\Desktop\HJT\HijackThis.exe. Thanks.

Open Task Manager then the Processes Tab, locate, highlite and end process on these items if they are there:
UAHNUELRY.exe
hfpsjrreg.exe

Use the information in the link to enable hidden files for your operating system:
http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

Open HJT and select SCAN, then put a check in front of each of these line items. You may ignore the 015 Trusted Zone items if you feel safe having those there, but check all others.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore. In the tree that opens, locate and delete these files:

C:\WINDOWS\UAHNUELRY.exe >>> file

C:\WINDOWS\System32\hfpsjrreg.exe >>> file

Clean Like this: Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then ok. Check and remove anything windows locates.

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Use the following two links to stay in this thread, post a new log along with your comments.
