Pskelly,
I am back and a lot calmer I think. I downloaded cwshreader and spy subtract, did the scans and this is the new log.

Well Sue, I am sure you can see the item in the log. I would like for you to try to kill this item in the safe mode. Let's give it one more try. You see the item in the log: C:\WINDOWS\system32\wkyryo.exe, search for it first so you will know where it is on the hard drive. Then open your HJT, then click on "Open the Misc Tools section. Then click on "Open Process Manager". You will see the same list of running processes as are in the log. Find that item: C:\WINDOWS\system32\wkyryo.exe, click it one time to highlite it then click on "Kill Proceess". Then go to the spot the search said the item is at and see if you can locate it and delete it. During any of these steps give me feedback, like if you can't see it in the running processes, can't delete it once you find it. Any clue we can use. Once you have tried this and while you are still in safe mode, use HJT to remove the lines below. DON'T FORGET TO TURN OFF TEATIMER..I did not request the SpySubtract and do not know if this program will effect changes or not. I always suggest the stand-alone version. I am also interested in if the CWShredder located anything when you scanned with it? Scan, and check these lines O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000000-F09C-02B4-6EC2-AD0300000000} - (no file) O16 - DPF: {8AD9C840-044E-11D1-B3E9-00805F499D93} - O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0014-0001-0003-ABCDEFFEDCBA} - Click on Fix Checked, then restart the computer to return to Normal Mode. Scan and post a log. Thanks…pskelley
I checked with others and this item:
C:\Program Files\interMute\SpySubtract\SpySub.exe
WILL interfere with the fix, you will need to turn it off. Thanks

Sue, I am going to give you a link to a tool called Pocket Killbox. This is a powerful little item, and should be used with care.

Here is the link: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php

Download from the link and you will have the directions, I will post them here again, please use this only if you had no success removing the item.

File Description:

Pocket KillBox is a program that can be used to get rid of files that stubbornly refuse to allow you to delete them.

Usage Information:

Download this file, extract it, and run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, allow it to do so, and hopefully your file will now be deleted.

To be sure, this is the full path of the item:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wkyryo.exe

Follow the instructions, empty the recycle bin, restart the computer and post a new log.
Pskelly,
Ok, this is what I did and the order I did it in.Cwshreader did not find anything. I uninstalled SpySubtract.
I ran adaware, it promptly found the same issues as the last time. After deleting I could not find the file C:\windows\system32\wkyryo.exe. I rebooted again, the files were back. I rebooted in safe mode loaded HJT did a kill process and then found the file and deleted it. The file was also in prefretch, I deleted it there also. I ran HJT and selected the objects in the last post and fixed them.
Listed are the items that adaware keeps locating and deleting.

This is the latest HJT log and  there it is again. I have not downloaded the tool to get rid of the file yet. I have been reading everything you have sent to me and reading everything else I can find.
I am turning into quite a pain in the butt. not my intention, but apparently a talent I have. I am trying to stay calmer, I had a hyper period this morning, but that has passed.
Thank you for your time and patience, I really appreciate it.
Here is the log.

Hi Sue, There is no evidence of CWS in the log, let's also run the older version of CWShredder which is 1.59.1. I will post a link below and the instructions are the same.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial47.html
Take your time to read the instruction carefully, the download site is in the information. This, as I said, is version 1.59.1 and sometimes it works better that the one being offered at InterMute.
Sue, You do have Spybot on board and it is possible that these items are quarantined in Spybot. Take a look, if you can't tell if it the stuff Ad-aware is seeing, empty the quarantined items. I have been using Spybot on several computers for years and I have never had to bring something back from quarantine Spybot said was bad.

Last for now, I am going to give you a plug in for Ad-aware that is call a VX2 finder. Follow the instructions do install it in Adaware and run it, let me know what happens with all of these proceedures.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popu…er-PlugIn.shtml

Post a new log when those instructions are complete. Thanks…pskelley
pskelly,
I downloaded killbox.I followed directions and rebooted when finished. Hopefully I deleted the file. I downloaded the add on for adaware, I am in the process of running a scan.

Sue

Hi Sue, Sorry, We have a new item, this could all be the fault of the the item I sent information about. You can look at the properties on the item to see when it was created if you wish, but it has to go. I would follow thoses instruction and then get rid of this item:

Check to see if it is running, if so stop that process. Locate and delete the item.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\hnytyp.exe >>> file

I would empty all temp folders while you are in there, remember just the contents not the folder, also empty the Prefetch as instructed. Your sis is going to own you one or two. Nothing else is showing in that log. pskelley
Pskelly,
Ok, It's me again, LOL.
This is what I did this morning. I booted the PC. Then opened HJT and did a kill process on hnytyp.exe. After doing so I reloaded HJT and the file wkyryo.exe was there running. I did a kill process on that file too. I found wkyryo.exe and deleted the file. I also found eazbzu.dll and deleted it also. I ran Adaware and it found both files again. I redid everything a second time. I emptied recycle bin after both deletes and did a HJT scan again. Both files are still there and so is the file hnytyp.exe. When I follow the path, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\hnytyp.exe the file is not there. The only thing there is Microsoft Office start up short cut item. These things just keep creating themselves. I don't know where they are coming from  They are kind of like relatives that move in and do not go home lol. I hope you guys can help and are not so tired of me you can't stand it lol.

I suggested she post right to the thread. Once way or another as soon as I have her feedback I will get the information to you. Thanks for your patience…pskelley
Pskelly, I am just so grateful for the help. I can have all the patience in the world. I noticed the file had moved, that one and the hnytyp.exe file. I noticed but I sitll don/t have a clue. lol Thanks for your help. Sue
Pskelly,
I ran HJT and did a fix on the two items. I also located and deleted the file, wkyryo.exe again.
I tried killbox on both items.
*shaking head, Here is the log. One is gone and the other one has moved again.
