Paul, your HijackThis.exe is very old. The current version is 1.99. You can update from within the software like this: To update HJT, open the program, then click on Config to the right. Then on the top line, choose Misc Tools.
On the left column choose "Check for update online". Follow the instructions, or you can use the link below.
I will remove some items, please follow those directions and when asked for a new log, use Version 1.99.

This item 7zS69.tmp\setup.exe does not identify, as such it is very likely that it is bad. I will remove it unless you know what it is. Some decisions for you will be in red.

Open Task Manager, then the Processes Tab. Locate and end process on this item:

(the first three R lines are the: http://www.notquitenew.com/ You may remove those items if you do not use them)

Scan with this and check each of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and an browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

Right click on Start, then click on Explore. Locate and delete this item:

C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\7zS69.tmp\setup.exe >>> all in red.

What I want you to do Paul is delete everything that is in the "Temp" folder. NOT THE FOLDER, just the contents. The bad item will go with the rest.

Clean Like this: Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then ok. Check and remove anything windows locates.

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer. Use the following two links to keep you in this tread and post a new log using version 1.99. Include the information about the item inquired about earlier, and any feedback you think we should have.
