Hi welcome to TOM COYOTE FORUMS

Thats almost a clean log

you can try the following online scans for viruses

trendmicro
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
panda scan
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

You NEED a newer version of hijackthis. The current version is 1.99.0
Get it here
It is important that you get a newer version because some infections are not detected with a older hijackthis
HJT updates
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html

Run HIJACKTHIS, press SCAN and put a CHECK to the following lines. Then CLOSE all other windows including this and press FIX CHECKED

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2E65A557-173C-4DE9-860B-28FC5CACA542} - C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\Setup\Setup.dll (file missing)
O16 - DPF: {14A3221B-1678-1982-A355-7263B1281987} - ms-its:mhtml:file://C:\foo.mht!http://195.190.118.140/e9xr2.chm::/file.exe

After that you need to REBOOT into safe mode. It Is important that you do so or the fix may not work. Instructions to boot into safe mode here
These may be hidden files. See here for how to show hidden files.
Find and delete the following folders
DO NOT WORRY if you do not find them

After that REBOOT scan with hijackthis and

I didn't reboot because you didn't list any folders/files to delete. This is the new 1.99 HJT logfile.
