System Running Extremly Slow, Response Time Slow

This is my first post to this forum. I have read several forum entrys and I am impressed with this site. I offer my appreciation to all that make this site possible.

I have ad-aware and McCaffe suite and have ran both. I have cleaned potential virus and spyware as good as the software would allow me.

I have extremly slow response time. i.e. when I click on explore it take about 10 minutes for the window to open and about the same time when I try to do something such as create a new folder.

Start up is also extremly slow.

I have copied and pasted the hijack log file as well as a start up log file for review.

any help will be appreciated.

Good Morning!

Since my last post I have ran my virus protection software (McCaffee), I have downloaded and ran CWShredder, I have downloaded and ran SPYBOT S&D, I have went to Trend Micro and ran that virus scanner.

SPYBOT S&D detected 43 files which I had it fix, then Trend Micro found 7 files that could not be cleaned they were:

HTML CITIFRAUD C
HTML SUNFRAUD B
WORM FUNBAG OEN
TROJ KEENVALUE A
TROJ KEENVALUE B
TROJ SMALL CC

since it could not clean these files I deleted them.

I also ran Ad-Aware.

System still is very slow.

I am including an updated Hijack log and start-up log.
