Hello Angel_65 , welcome to the TC.

This is what I suggest you do.

Download CWShredder from my signature below. Unzip it on the desktop.
Open CWShredder and with ALL other windows closed, click fix.

Go here and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Note any thing that can't be fixed
Reboot when done.

Next:

Even if you've already run these, make SURE they're up-to-date and run per instructions.

Make sure you have the up-to-date versions of Spybot V 1.3 and Ad-aware SE Build 1.05 . All are free and available below.

Download Spybot, install and update. Then download Ad-aware, install, and update.

Spybot:

Install the program and launch it.

Go to Start > Programs >Spybot > Search & Destroy and choose Spybot S&D

Close ALL windows except Spybot S&D
Click the button to "Search for Updates" and download and install the Updates.
Next click the button "Check for Problems"
When Spybot is complete, it will be showing "RED" (RED) entries "BLACK" entries and "GREEN" (GREEN) entries in the window
Put a check mark beside the RED (RED) entries ONLY.
Choose "Fix Selected Problems" and allow Spybot to fix the RED (RED) entries.

Ad-Aware FULL SCAN:

Install the program and launch it.

First in the main window look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now then click Connect and download the latest reference files.

From main window :Click Start then under Select a scan Mode check Perform full system scan.
Next deselect Search for negligible risk entries.
Now to scan just click the Next button.

When the scan is finished mark everything for removal and get rid of it.(Right-click the window and choose select all from the drop down menu and click Next)

Empty Recycle Bin

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
My computer , on boot up, is coming up with Umonitor errors. Also, it is trying to redirect my homepage and other pages I navigate to. Here is my new log after all of the scans.

I did all that you said. I still have errors with Umonitor. When I rebooted it came up error "C:\WINDOWS\system32\LRMAIIN.DLL",UMonitor" can't start. I know the dll's change every time. Also, when I went to open this page, I had another page pop up along with it. Here is my new log.

I still have errors with Umonitor.

I know, we'll get there. I suggest you print this out or copy / paste into notepad.

First, enable the viewing of Hidden Files and Folders as follows:
-At your Desktop, go to Start>My Computer
-Select the Tools menu and then Folder Options
-After the new window appears select the View tab
-Select: Display the contents of system folders
-Under the Hidden files and folders section select: Show hidden files and folders
-Remove the checkmark from Hide file extensions for known file types
-Remove the checkmark from Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
-Press the Apply button
Click OK

Now, right click the Start button on the Desktop
-Select: Explore from the menu
-In the left pane, look for the C: drive (or Local Disk C:}
Below the C: drive, look for [+]WINDOWS, and click on the [+] to expand/open
-Under WINDOWS, you should find the System32 folder.
-Select/highlight the System32 folder
-In the right pane, all the contents of System32 folder appear
-Scroll down the right pane and look for the following file: guard.tmp
-If found, right click the file, and select: Properties
Post back the date Created

Now, let's find the files that are making this beast prevail.
Please do the following:

Download the attached Find_It.zip:
Unzip its contents to its own folder
Open the folder and double click on Find.bat (File with a gear symbol)
Ignore any File not found messages
It runs for a minute, and produces a log
Please copy and paste the log on your next response.

Download VX2Finder(126).exe:
http://downloads.subratam.org/VX2Finder(126).exe
Save the program in its own folder.
Run VX2Finder(126).exe
Select: Click to Find VX2.Betterinternet
When the scan is done, select the Make Log
It will open the log in Notepad.
Copy and paste the log to on your response.

Also, download KillBox.zip (Removal Tool #15) from here:
http://www.subratam.org/?page=removal
Place it in a folder on your Desktop.
Do not run it yet.

Will wait for the Find_It log, and the VX2Finder log, as well as the information requested for guard.tmp. Also include a new HijackThis log in your reply, since we need to have all the information as current as possible.

After providing the logs requested, please do not reboot or shutdown/restart the computer. Just leave it on. If you restart, any information provided may change, and we are back to square one.
Ok, here is my hijack log

guard was created today it said. But I do know it was there before that. I had seen it turn up on a scan I did.
If you have not rebooted or shutdown/restarted, proceed as follows:

First, Disconnect from the Internet!!

(Please copy these instructions to NotePad for copy/paste use, since you will be off the Internet.)
____
Next, launch Notepad, and copy/paste all the blue REGEDIT below to it
Save in: Desktop
File Name: fixme.reg
Save as Type: All files
Click: Save

Back at the main screen of KillBox, select the option: Delete on Reboot

In the Full Path of File to Delete box, copy and paste this entry:
C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\q8nuli5918.dll
Press the button with a red circle and a white X.
When asked if you would like to Reboot, select No.

Do the same as above for each of the files that follow, don't forget the button and select No when asked to reboot!

Also, check the Recycle Bin to see if it works properly. A side effect of VX2 is to sometimes damage the Recycle Bin operation.
Create an blank Notepad file on the Desktop: right click the Desktop, select New>Text Document
Right click the text document and delete it.
When a file is deleted, it should ask if you want to send it to Recycle Bin.
Does it ask if you want to send the file to the Recycle Bin, or, does the file just get deleted?
Post back what it does.

When done with all of the above, close all windows and browsers, run HijackThis, Scan, post a new HijackThis log, and a new Find_It log.
I tried doing the regedit as you told me to do. My computer said it would not allow it. It said it wasn't a regestry script and I can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor. Any suggestions?
Try it again please.
If it doesn't work, finish the other things.

Next, launch Notepad, and copy/paste all the blue REGEDIT below to it
Save in: Desktop
File Name: fixme.reg
Save as Type: All files
Click: Save

It is in my system 32 .. it is d60m0gde60.dll Also, my recycle bin still isn't working right.
Would you disable SpySweeper please. It might be on the taskbar and you can right click to turn off / disable, until we get the fix done.

Did the registery fix work this time?

Click here to download DllCompare. Start the Program with and click the Run Locate.com - be sure the \Windows\System32 directory is in the box and wait until the the blue text says it has 'completed the scan'.

Click the Compare button to start the next process. The results appear in two panes - files in the upper pane have been verified to 'exist', files in the lower pane were 'not able to be accessed'. Very few files should be listed in the lower pane when the Compare scan is complete. Click on each of the listed entries in the lower pane to select them. Right-click on the file and use the option Rescan. This will cause Windows Find to see if the file does exist, and then if so it will be removed from the list to reduce the number of identified files.

Click the Make a Log of what was found button and post the log here in this thread and wait for further instructions.
Yes, I did get the registry part to work. Here is the log from dll compare * DLLCompare Log version() Files Found that Windows does not See or cannot Access *Not everything listed here means you are infected! ________________________________________________ C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\fpp803~1.dll Sat Jan 1 2005 8:04:22a ..S.R 226,050 220.75 K ________________________________________________ 1,486 items found: 1,486 files (1 H/S), 0 directories.
