Hello,
I would so appreciate your help. I have been trying to install IE Service pack 2 FOREVER and it will not install. Maybe you can't help me with that, but the other problem is this stupid screen "www. dialeradmin.com/cgi-bin/err4.cgi?prog=…..etc." that keeps popping up. Every time I run ad-aware se and spybot, it says I have TIB and IEHijacker among other things and it always says that it is correcting them, but it never does. It is in registry keys and values. Is this possibly preventing my service pack download? I sure don't want to create a backup of my registry with that stuff on it anyway. Can anyone help? Thank you.
Post a fresh Hijack This! log, and I'll take a peek.
Thank you Micah. Here it is:

Hi. I did everything you asked, but I had a little problem. The Hijack This scan ran okay and I deleted those two things, but, when I tried to delete twink64 in safe mode I got the following message:
Error deleting file or folder.
Cannot delete twink64: Access is denied.
Make sure that the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
When I came back in to send you this message, the dialeradmin is still there too. Hmmmm. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Download killbox from here
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip
Then unzip it.
Close all windows and programs.
Run Hijack This, and "fix" this:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ControlPanel] C:\WINDOWS\System32\twink64.exe internat.dll,LoadKeyboardProfile
Close Hijack This!.
Run Killbox and paste the next line into the "Full Path of File to Delete" text box.
C:\WINDOWS\System32\twink64.exe
Check the button to the left of "Delete on Reboot".
Click the red dot with the white X in it, in the upper right of Killbox, then click "Yes".
After the reboot, post a new log file.

How does that look?
BINGO!
Looks good, Ma'am.
Is the "www. dialeradmin.com/cgi-bin/err4.cgi?prog=…..etc" gone?
Thanks Micah. So far it seems to be. I do have a question for you though. This, and a bunch of other junk downloaded onto my computer when I did something. At the bottom right-hand part of my screen are a bunch of little icons like "volume" and "updates" etc. There is normally not a little icon that looks like a stack of paper with one sheet being lifted off the top, but more and more this appears with the following message:
You have files waiting to be written to the CD
To see the files now, click on this balloon.
I thought this was something official because it kept popping up after the computer was telling me to update, but I don't think it was now. That is what put all this junk on my computer. It still nags me all the time but I won't click on it anymore. Do you know what this is?
That is a legitamate Windows message.
Normally, when you "click the ballon", over in the upper left of the next screen there is a place you can click to "Delete temporary files".
This doesn't delete the actual files, it just erases the copy of them that is waiting to be written to the CD (so you won't see that message any longer)
Okay, but why did all that junk come with it?
I think it's just a coincidence.
The malware just happened to get on your machine at about the same time someone accidentally sent something to the CD.
I honestly don't believe "clicking the ballon", then click "Delete temporary files" (if you really don't want to copy any files to the CD) will reinstall any malware on your machine.
Thank you so much, Micah. I'll hope it doesn't happen again. Have a good evening and God Bless!
I am just glad we could help.
Happy Holidays!
M68
Happy Holidays to you too! Bye!
