Yes - first i doubleclicked the …..mo/drpeper.html one then it sent me to the …..backup.exe one - nether wanted to download, i had to "save target as" PS - thanks for the encouragement!

Ok what happens when you now double click the drpepertobackup.exe in C:\

It sends me back to internet link as mentioned above!

Where are you selecting to 'save target as' ?

The first one is in the highjack folder and the second (backup.exe) is in c:\

Not sure whats happening here, then, I can email it to (if you're happy to try that way ?) you if that may make things simpler. Delete those copies first tho.

OK - there were two that went into the new folder, one was a zip - now what?

unzip the compressed file, to a new folder. then double click on the file, this should then extract it to C:\drpepertobackup, then look into C:\ for the drpepertobackup
