Hello Shadowfax, Welcome to TomCoyote forum, I was just wondering if you have a problem. Your log is clean, except for one orphan:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - (no file) This orphan we can use HijackThis to remove, and all else is ok. There are a few resource wasters like this:

Read what CastleCops has to say about the next item.
C:\Program Files\MSN Apps\Updater\01.02.3000.1001\en-us\msnappau.exe
http://computercops.biz/startuplist-5108.html

If you have no issues, and have enough resources to support items like the MSN Toolbar Updater, that is great. If this is not the case, here are links where you can find out about each item in your log:

http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm
http://computercops.biz/StartupList.html
http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php

Just remember, if you have any doubt, leave the item alone.

Here is how to rid yourself of that orphan. First you have TeaTimer, and it is a good program but might oject to the change. I turn it off if there are many, but for one just tell TeaTimer it is alright if it asks.

Scan with Hijackthis and put a check in front of this item:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - (no file)

Close all programs and browser windows and click on "Fix Checked"

Empty the recycle bin, good idea to clean out cookies and temporary files also. Restart the computer. If you have no other issues you are clean and here is some great information to help you stay that way from Tony Klein, Texruss and ChrisRLG:

Thx pskelley, just managed to find time to get back here to find this. I'll look into that orphan and I have 1 gig pc2700 ddr so resources aren't much of an issue. I'll need to browse those sites ya posted. Thx again!!!
