HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP,

I am about ready to reformat and start again…..

Heres my log file does anything stickout as bad? The hosts commands look bogus but what caused them…

SpyBot and Ad-Aware both have not solved the problem Spybot finds the spyware but is denied permission by the OS??? and can't delete it.

I have a better idea for the spyware idiots send them to help out those folks wiped out by the tsunami!!!!!

Im still here and maybe the spyware is too….

On boot up I am getting a message about an unregistered dll Ill post this and reboot with that message (I suspect I bungled something during the killit session)

Many thanks again!
Well the soups hot and Im not!!!!…. Anyways heres the 3 dialouge windows/ warnings…. 1st Box Dialouge box titled 16-bit MSDOS Subsystem C:\winnt\system32\haazhw.exe C:\winnt\system32\Autoexec.NT The system file is not suitable for running MSDOS and Microsoft windows applications. Chose close to terminate the application 2cd box Dialouge box titled 16-bit MSDOS Subsystem C:\winnt\system32\wcc1wr.exe C:\winnt\system32\Autoexec.NT The system file is not suitable for running MSDOS and Microsoft windows applications. Chose close to terminate the application and finally 3rd dialouge box… DDE server hiiuht.exe Bad Image Check against installation diskette And now something safe some soup for supper!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!
you have backup copy of in C:\winnt\system32\Autoexec.NT in C:\WINDOWS\Repair Proper place for AUTOEXEC.NT is C:\WINNT\System32 first navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Repair right click on AUTOEXEC.NT select copy then navigate to C:\WINNT\System32 and choose paste reboot afterwards ———————— Now i require you NOT to do any unncessary changes/ attempted fix to your computer as this infection will morph with any failed attempt all the rogue files NEED to be killed in 1 go
  • Download the Pocket Killbox.
  • Unzip the contents of KillBox.zip to a convenient location.
  • Double-click on KillBox.exe.
  • Click "Replace on Reboot" and check the "Use Dummy" box.
  • Paste this file into the top "Full Path of File to Delete" box.
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\aypmgmts.dll
  • Click the "Delete File" button which looks like a stop sign.
  • Click "Yes" at the Replace on Reboot prompt.
  • Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.
  • Repeat steps 4-8 above for these files:
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\r0r6la9s1d.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\m0jula191d.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\hrj8051ue.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\j84o0ih3e84.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\fPxt30.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\lv8609lse.dll
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\r48slel71hq.dll
    • C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\STARTM~1\Programs\Startup\hiiuht.exe
    • C:\WINNT\system32\wcciwr.exe
    • C:\\WINNT\\system32\\m0jula191d.dll
  • Click "Replace on Reboot" and check the "Use Dummy" box.
  • Paste this file into the top "Full Path of File to Delete" box.
    • C:\WINDOWS\System32\Guard.tmp
  • Click the "Delete File" button which looks like a stop sign.
  • Click "Yes" at the Replace on Reboot prompt.
  • Click "Yes" at the Pending Operations prompt to restart your computer.

  • 1 thing to take note here
killbox will warn you when the file you are trying to kill does not exist. so you get a warning when you copied the file name wrongly
    ————————————

DO not worry if this attempt fails
    sometimes several attempts are needed.
i will skip the registry changes until you are clean :P

    good luck !!!

after that reboot and post a new findit and hijackthis log
Not sure about the file you asked about but added it to the routine you last recomended….

Warning! This utility will find legitimate files in addition to malware.
Do not remove anything unless you are sure you know what you're doing.

All I have to say is this spyware is insidious stuff. The avergae person would have given up by now and done a reformat and reinstall. This level of repair work makes spyware a criminal activity IMHO.

OK back to work I go in the middle of yet another Winters Storm….

Thanks for all the help…..
