Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
When I brought up internet explorer it was showing "page cannot be displayed" everytime. I had to restart my computer over and over until the explorer would finally take me to my home page. After I posted this thread, it started redirecting my home page to about:blank. That's why it took me so long to post back. I had to rerun all the spyware programs. It is no longer redirecting to about:blank and I haven't had to restart to get explorer to work.

Here's my new HJT log:
