Close all Browser and Program Windows and have HijackThis fix the following.
Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware.
Follow their process tree. Right click on the file and go to Properties.
Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from:
And let me know what you find.
C:\WINDOWS\System32\system32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dbgwin.dll

Then Download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.
http://www.igorshpak.net/software/3ssetup104.zip
Under "items to clear" click all. Then click "clear selected items"

Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
hi again i have removed that R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file). and run system security suite. i also checked C:\WINDOWS\System32\dbgwin.dll and its an Application Extension and thats all information there is on that one and i looked for C:\WINDOWS\System32\system32.exe but cant find it . i have now rebooted and the main problem i now have is i cant chang my home page it just stays on this http://69.50.164.196/?said=heaven. also i keep getting a popup saying suspitious activity detected and would i like to instale an anti virus and if you click on yes it takes you to a site selling all diffrent anti viruse programs and if you click no it comes back randomly.
so here is my new log file.
