I've been cleaning the window files….deleted keys until I think I have no keys left…took all the info from Ad-aware & NoAdware to do it. There is one program that keeps on coming back regardless how many times I delete keys and program…it's called something like melcosoft……As I see on the log that I'm posting, it doesn't show up…but adaware tells me it's severe malware. I'm stumped cause I've been even doing clean-up in safe-mode…and still. What else is there for me to do?

Click here to download ServiceFilter, a little script by rand1038 that reveals potential unauthorised running services in your system. Download, unzip and double-click ServiceFilter.vbs (you may need to enable your antivirus program to run the file). This script will create a text file named Post_This.txt in the same folder as the script itself has been saved - copy and paste the contents of Post_This.txt in your next reply here.
Thanks for our reply..not sure if this is what you want…in the meantime this laptop really went wild and wouldn't shut down or turn back on….I had to run the famous disc in it to at least go and be able to get back on….I ran adaware and had even more then before problems listed. At least the virus isn't showing up ???.. I'll post the hijack this post below this post here. Hope I make sense?!

The script did not recognize the services listed below.
This does not mean that they are a problem.

To copy the entire contents of this document for posting:
At the top of this window click "Edit" then "Select All"
Next click "Edit" again then "Copy"
Now right click in the forum post box then click "Paste"

Well it looks clean now - whatever you did must have removed it. Post back in a day or two with a new HJT log so that we can check it hasn't come back.
Glad we could help :D

To help keep you clean follow the recommendations in Tony's article here:

So how did I get infected in the first place?
