I got a email from my internet provider stating that I was running dameware scans and that I was being warned. I've never heard of dameware or have done any scans. I have spybot which comes up with a DSO exploit everytime I scan PC. It comes back after every reboot. Also have ad-ware, spy doctor, and spysweeper. I 've cleaned up the PC alot but am worried about this dameware. Can someone help or any suggestions. Here is my Hijackthis Log. Thanks!

Also another thing that happened, was when I was on the phone with my ISP internet explorer opened up and started going crazy. (16 pop ups in less than 30 sec.) It kept going and I kept closing and was able to disable the internet. That's the 2nd time that has happened.
You have the Peper Trojan. It is a very stubborn infection which requires a specific tool to remove. There are two tools available. Please follow these instructions in order:

1. Download Newuninst.exe.
2. Run it with an active internet connection.
3. Reboot to finish removing the entries it found.
4. Run the tool a second time (with an active internet connection).
5. Reboot to finish removing the entries it found.

The second tool which does not require Internet Access to Clean is:
1. Please Download PeperFix.exe,
2. Start the tool and click Find and Fix.
3. Reboot to finish removing what it found.
4. Run the tool a second time (again with an active internet connection).
5. Reboot to finish removing the entries.

Then and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Note any thing that can't be fixed

Reboot when done. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
I did like you said and had some probslems afterwards. My zonealarm kept popping up about a file was missing so I uninstalled that. Then I rebooted and had a blank screen. Had to reboot a second time to get it going again. The scans found only 1 thing, TROJ OTORUN.A in a applications folder under MSINSTL.EXE. Anyways here is my new HJT log. Thanks for helping.

The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware.
Follow their process tree. Right click on the file and go to Properties.
Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from:
If it's from some name you never heard of or if it's blank, please check for removal also and delete the file.

Then Download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.

Under "items to clear" click all. Then click "clear selected items"

Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

The first time I tried the security suite it would not clear anything. I had to reboot then it worked. Also when I rebooted it rebooted on its own again while it was rebooting. When it finally rebooted it worked. Don't know why it did that. I did notice that when I restarted my computer it did not have any programs running. It used to say so and so program was not responding. Click end now or cancel. I would click end now because I wanted to turn the PC off. Here is my new log:

Close all Browser and Program Windows and have HijackThis fix the following.
Do this by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.

Reboot afterwards in SAFE MODE. If you don't know how click here
Delete the following file(s) listed
C:\documents and settings\user\local settings\temp\OMBnSV.exe
C:\documents and settings\user\local settings\temp\QyZ.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\??rss.exe<<< this one will be tricky the first two letter's are hidden
find the file "xxrss.exe" [x could be what ever]
Right click on the file and go to Properties on the file and see if its blank
post the name of the file if there is a question about it.

Some of these files and folders might have the hidden atribute
How to show hidden files and folders in Windows Instructions here

Reboot Then run System Security Suite.
Under "items to clear" click all. Then click "clear selected items"

Reboot and Rescan with HJT and post a new log here.
Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
I still don't see these files:
C:\documents and settings\user\local settings\temp\OMBnSV.exe
C:\documents and settings\user\local settings\temp\QyZ.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\??rss.exe<<< this one will be tricky the first two letter's are hidden
find the file "xxrss.exe" [x could be what ever]
Right click on the file and go to Properties on the file and see if its blank
post the name of the file if there is a question about it.

I have selected to show hidden filesjust like stated but they just don't show up! I wasn't sure if I had to reboot in normal mode after safe mode so I just restarted the pc and it kept loading MS word and powerpoint. It also seemed really slow. I could not turn off the pc so I had to unplug it. Then when it rebooted I hit f8 and started it in normal and it came up fine. Maybe that was what I was supposed to do in the first place. Anyways here is my log and again thanks for taking the time to help out, it seems to be working fine. Also I called my ISP and they scanned my pc and said it seemed fine, I had asked if the pc was still using that dameware.
