For the past week or so, I've been having a serious problem with my computer. After using my computer for a while, i recieve an error message saying "IOctl failed". This crashes any game I am playing, and also stops all sound from coming out of my speakers. Sometimes it also disconnects my DSL connection, forcing me to restart the computer. Once I restart, it is better. Could a virus be causing these problems? Hers my hijackthis log:

Right click the running icon of Spywareguard, it will open the program, Menu, file, exit, and confirm the programs close.

Download then unzip and run CWShredder to clean up clicking "FIX" to have it remove all it finds.

CWShredder available from these places :-

http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads.php
Or this as a full download without any unzipping required
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/CWShredder.exe

We have found that some of the CWS infections can be removed better from safe mode, rather than normal mode.
To get to safe mode use the F8 key while booting the machine. Detailed instructions from here :-
