The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware.
UNLESS you know what they are, and they are from a safe source, follow their process tree.
Right click on the file and go to Properties. Then go to the Version tab to see what company name it's from:
If it's from some name you never heard of or if it's blank, please check for removal also.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qjemfu] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\snxclibc.exe

Reboot afterwards in SAFE MODE. If you don't know how click here
Delete the following file(s) and folder(s) listed

i am having a few problems getting the programs you suggested to down load, i downloaded the zip from www.igorshpak.net/software/3ssetup104.zip,but it will not let me run it, the window that tells me it could be harmful to my computer pops up, if you click save or open the window keeps poping up.I also tried downloading spybot several times it tells me the files are corrupted, try again or just frezees up and never finishes. My brother has been on porn sites and i suspect that is where he picked it up there are two porno jpg that i can not get to delete from the computer it says the file name is too long or invalid…i will send you a copy of my new log and adaware scan. There are 12 things that keep coming up on adaware, they are 6 registry keys and 6 registry values. i am from out of town and this is my grandmas computer, i will be leaving tonight, is there a program you can recommend to buy that will help this or something? I need help, i am totally lost

Download then unzip and run CWShredder to clean up clicking "FIX" to have it remove all it finds.

CWShredder available from these places :-

http://www.zerosrealm.com/downloads.php
Or this as a full download without any unzipping required
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/CWShredder.exe

We have found that some of the CWS infections can be removed better from safe mode, rather than normal mode.
To get to safe mode use the F8 key while booting the machine. Detailed instructions from here :-
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgen…001052409420406

Then post another log.
this is what i have come up with the cwshredder came up clean, but adaware and spybot still show CWS. I have tryed to remove from hijackthis the items in red 4 times and they keep coming back after restart. I do not know what to do, do i need to hire someone or something? i am going home tonight and do not know where to proceed from here
