Hi and welcome to the forum.

Download LSPfix.exe http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Close all windows except LSPfix

Click on LSPfix.exe and it will launch the program.

In the left hand (keep) LSPfix window there will be a list of files including the identified *.dll file that is listed on the O10 line in the HJT log.

Put a check mark in the box “I know what I am doing”

Move all instances of the identified *.dll file that is listed on the O10 line, from the left window (keep) to the right window (remove) by highlighting the file or files and clicking the arrow.

Click ‘Finish’

REBOOT to complete the task.

Please download vx2finder to your desktop from here http://downloads.subratam.org/VX2Finder(126).exe

Start Vx2finder, then click on "Click to Find VX2.BetterInternet" and then click "Make Log" and copy and paste the entire contents of the log here as well as a new hijackthis log.

Please boot to safe mode (tap f8 while bios loads) then scan again with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and choose FIX.

Then while still in safe mode delete these files,

Then reboot and post a new log.
Done, except I could not find 2 of the files,Fwbeu or zli216 to delete. I used search for file but it came up with nothing.

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. In my signature below is also a tutorial on how to harden IE, a good read and very helpful to stop these things in the future. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.
