My computer has got some spyware as well as some other stuff. I'm pretty computer savvy, but I am having a tough time fixing it. It started out with an adware window that popped up about 10 times a minute, then it started telling me that the window I had open was interfering with me getting onto the internet, even though I wasn't opening any window, or trying to get onto the internet. I have run Adaware, and SPybot S&D. They have cleaned up a lot, but I am still having big problems. I no longer try to get onto the internet, because something keeps popping up telling me that it can't get onto the internet because there is no connection, would I like to try again, it gives me this message at least every 10 seconds or so, even though, I'm not trying to get onto the internet. One more thing, everytime I turn it on, it tells me that it has performed an error and must shut down? I just ignore it and keep working. But it is getting rediculous. Here is my hijack this log. I hope you can help!

Thank you in advance

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Any help is appreciated.
I need some help! How does one get their log looked at on this forum? I posted my problem on the 19th, today is the 26th and I haven't recieved any response? I know that you are extremely busy, and I appreciate all of your help. thanks in advance, G&G
YES! Thank you so much for responding. I still do need help, and I will go a head and repost my HJT log tomorrow, sorry for the delay, but I'm not near the computer that is having the trouble. Ever since it started to act funny I stopped getting onto the internet. It kept trying connect without me doing anything. I will post it tomorrow! Thank you so much for responding! G&G :D
Thanks so much, here we go. Just so you know, here is what I have done since I first asked for help. I have run Adaware and Spybot S&D several times, I have removed approx. 400 items with Adaware alone, which has seemed to help. Currently when I turn on my computer it tells me that explorer has performed an error and must shut down. IT also tells me that when I'm starting up that it can't find cstray? Anyway, that's all I know. I haven't gotten online with it in about three weeks because it keeps trying to get online even though, I'm not trying too.

Thank you so much for your help!

G&G :D

Yes, something is lurking in there. It wants to dial out? I can't do ctrl + Alt + Del it doesn't work, is there any other way to see what is running on my computer? Thanks, G&G
Do this. Click here to download spydel.zip. Extract spydel.reg from the zip file and save it to the desktop. When done, double click the spydel.reg and when asked to merge say yes.

Let me know if that resolves it.
I don't know if it worked, I downloaded the program like you said, but when I tried to double click on it, it said that those files were supported. So, I extracted the files, and tried again, it asked me if I would like to add it to my registry, I said yes, and it did. But didn't solve anything. Even before I was able to post my problem, I had to download HJT. But the version of windows I had didn't support ZIP files. I had to download a program to do that, I downloaded 7z313. This program helped me open my HJT log, but now when I turn it on and it says that it can't find my cstray it asks me if I would like to replace it with 7z313? I say no and close the box. Could this be a source of my problem? If so, then what else could I download to open zip files? On top of that I don't know if it helped me with the spydel either? Long Story short. I don't think the spydel thing worked because all of the same windows are popping up. Thanks for the help! :D G&G
Sorry it took me so long, but here I am. I did what you said and in order to download winzip, I had to get onto the intenet. Like I said, something was trying to get out. The minute I got onto the internet, the computer immediately installed some stupid programing into the computer and began to have all of the popups for adware again! AACCKK!! Anyway, here is the new HJT log. I hope this helps! Thank you for your help, I appreciate it!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
Is it AdAware SE that you have? If not, click here to download Ad-Aware SE and install. Before scanning click on "check for updates now" to make sure you have the latest reference file. Click "Start", select "Perform Full System scan" and "Next" to start the scan. When the scan is finished, the screen will tell you if anything has been found, click "Next". The bad files will be listed, right click the pane and click "Select all objects" - this will put a check mark in the box at the side, click "Next" again and click "OK" at the prompt "# objects will be removed. Continue?".

Reboot when done. Next, download the Lavasoft VX2 cleaner plug-in into AAW SE from here

Close Ad-Aware SE and Ad-Watch (if running). Download the file to your desktop, double-click it to run it and it will install into AAW itself. Open AAW, go to add ons and run the tool. Let me know if it removed anything.

Reboot when done, rescan with HJT and post a new log.
Howdy, sorry it took me so long, I was having some problems with the Adaware. It kept freezing. It did dowload the VX2 whatever, but I know it's still in there because it downloaded online dating and casino onto my desktop.

Anyway, here it is, thanks for you help!
