Hi welcome to TOM COYOTE FORUMS

First of all, your hijackthis log is incomplete. You NEED to PROVIDE the header of your log
Also when HijackThis is on your Desktop it will save the backups as Icons and can be confused with your other programs. It is best to have it in it's own folder

Before we begin the manual cleanup, it is better to let the automatic programs do their work first
Please download and run Adaware & Spybot Then follow the instructions in the link below to run.

followed instructions. Is this log posted ok? - Also, Do you recomend posting one for my other user? Is is possible to clean 1 user completely whilst the others still 'infected' ? Id imagine this is the case…

No need to worry about that
The way we use hijackthis and the follow up manual fixes will ensure that the rogue files in your computer gets deleted. But do try to log on with all your accounts after this fix and see if there's any more problems.

You NEED a newer version of hijackthis. The current version is 1.98.2
Get it here

A newer version is required because some of the infections cannot be properly detected with older ones

Scan with hijackthis 1.98.2
POST the new log in this thread using 'Add Reply'

If you have some virus alerts you may want to try out the following virus scans

Next with NO other windows open, run HIJACKTHIS, check and fix the following lines if present
