Some Virus Problem

Hello

I just discovered I got some virus... Apparently I could get rid of some of them but not all (according to some onlive scanners : bat.ftpDownloader) using also Antivir, Adaware and ZA (updated latest versions)

I followed instruction and here is the log file (my Win XP is in French).

If you can help this could be great.
