Hi Trent, and welcome to TomCoyote forum. I will be glad to take a look, but I wish to point out it does help if we know what problem you are having, any symptoms you are experiencing, this helps as we look at the log, Thanks.
I see nothing in your log that should cause you any problem. There is one orphan BHO line we can remove.

With all browser windows and programs closed, open HijackThis.exe and click on scan. Then place a check in front of the following line item and click on "Fix Checked".

Hi there. I had a slow machine and then I went to Pandascan and its all fixed. I had 23 baddies…..I removed the BHO and now I am good to go thanks!

Good job Trent, make sure you review the links I provided in my post. That information will go a long way towards keeping you safe. You must have done all of this before posting, as your log looked very good when I saw it. Wish you luck at staying clean.
