Hello Gerry,

Please go to add and remove programs and remove,
VVSN

Close all Browser and Program Windows and have HijackThis fix the following by checking the box beside each and then clicking on Fix checked.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WIN32] C:\mActiveX.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Internet Iexplorer] service32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media service] msnmsgxr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Sys29] C:\windows\system32\winlgl32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [System32 Spool ] winint.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update Machine] Linux.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BIOS XP Loader] qzuzuv.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update Machine] Linux.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update 32] explore32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [System32 Spool ] winint.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Internet Iexplorer] service32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Media service] msnmsgxr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [BIOS XP Loader] qzuzuv.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update 32] explore32.exe

Reboot afterwards in SAFE MODE. If you don't know how click here
Delete the following files and folder listed

C:\Program Files\VVSN floder

C:\mActiveX.exe(do a search for these files. It'll probably be in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32.)
service32.exe
msnmsgxr.exe
winint.exe
Linux.exe
qzuzuv.exe



Some of these files and folders might have the hidden atribute

Then run System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.

Under "items to clear" click all. Then click "clear selected items"
