HI again and thanks again. I did not perform other steps a I thought I had better not. I also am so confused. I would like to start fresh with one computer at a time. I am disabld and run a small business and my main computer sometimes when starting - suddenly goes blank. I turn it on and thenclick on my name and wait for everything to come up and all seems fine. As soon as I start to launch any program - the screen goes black. I have to force stut it up to 5 times before I can use it again.
Since- I am totally dependant on this thing and not computer savy, I need to start over. How can I be sure that we are working on the right log for the right computer?
