Hi Angel, Thank you for posting to Tom Coyote. I will be assisting you in getting your system back up and running like it should. If you have any questions about any of my instructions, please post them here.
Step #1
First, you are running HJT in a bad location.

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
Place HijackThis into this folder. When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary. Make sure it is the only copy.

Step #2
When that is done, I need you to download a tool called CWShredder, you can find it here: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Next Please reboot your machine in Safe Mode.
to do that, restart your machine, and tap F8 until the start menu appears.
choose safe mode.

run CWShredder in safe mode, choose 'FIX' instead of just 'Scan'

Step #3
Once that is finished, run HiJackThis. click Scan
Place a check next to the following entries if they exist, and with ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED (even this one) choose Fix Selected

Step #4
Once that is done, close hijackthis.
and open Windows Explorer.
A shortcut is to hold down the 'windows key' and tap 'E'
go to tools, click Folder Options
Click on the View tab.
Make sure Show Hidden Files and Folders is selected
Uncheck Hide extentions for known file types, uncheck Hide Protected Operating System files
click Apply to All Folders
on the bottom right click Apply
then click OK
and close and reopen Windows Explorer.

navigate to C:\WINDOWS\ and delete this file svchost.exe
It may already be gone.
IMPORTANT: Do not delete the file named svchost.exe Located at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\

navigate to C:\WINDOWS\web\ and delete this file related.htm
It may already be gone.

Search your computer for a file named b.exe
If you find it, delete it.

Reboot normally, and post a new hijackthis log.
