Welcome to the forum. :D

This will take a few steps so lets get started.

Please do the following,

Step #1

You have a peper infection that we need to remove

http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe

When you run the uninstaller, you MUST have an internet connection active for it to work

This Peper removal tool only works if run twice. To complete each stage of the Peper removal you need to REBOOT to clear the peper infection each time you run the tool, or the infection will remain.

Step # 2

Please download and run CWShredder. Make sure that all browser windows are closed with the exception of Cwshredder and choose FIX.

Step #3

Please download and run Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware SE . Then follow the instructions in the links below to run.

Step # 4

Please do an online scan,

Trend Micro http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

Make sure that you choose "fix" or "clean".

Reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

Please boot to safe mode (tap f8 while bios loads)

Go to add/remove programs and find Wintools & Web Offer remove if present.

Then while still in safe mode scan with hijackthis and put a check beside these lines and choose FIX

Boot to safe mode (tap f8 while bios loads) then scan again with hijackthis and put a check beside these files and choose FIX.

These 3 are optional as they are resource hogs. They will not be deleted only removed from start up.

If you dont have these three programs I would recommend that you get them. Spywareblaster, Spywareguard and IESPY AD. They will add 1000's of sites to your resticted zone and block some hijacks from happening. In my signature below is also a tutorial on how to harden IE, a good read and very helpful to stop these things in the future. I also have a FREE FIREWALL and FREE ANTI VIRUS if you need one.

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system.

Keep your system up to date and run Adaware & Spybot, once a week works, and hopefully you will be ok from here on.
