I have tried with Spybot search and destroy en Ad-aware. Every time when I reboot and run ad-aware he finds some VX2 files with every time different names like RhlN18.exe, BuoM.exe, OvmP8s0W.exe ,…
Yes it's a bit of a mess. Do this first. Click here to download the PeperFix tool, save it to your desktop, doubleclick on it, click 'Find and Fix' and reboot if prompted.

Click here to download the VX2Finder.exe tool. Click on the VX2Finder.exe and then click on the Click to Find VX2.Betterinternet button. It will display the files, the Guardian Key and User Agent string. Now click the Make Log button. It will open the log in notepad. Copy and paste that log here and wait for further instructions.
the peperfixtool found some problems… solved I hope. Notepad.exe is deleted? can't open it? logfile for vx2finder.exe: Files Found— Additional Files— Keys Under Notify— crypt32chain cryptnet cscdll ScCertProp Schedule sclgntfy SensLogn termsrv wlballoon Guardian Key— is called: User Agent String—
Nothing there. Do this for me. Click here to download DllCompare. Start the Program with and click the Run Locate.com - be sure the \Windows\System32 directory is in the box and wait until the the blue text says it has 'completed the scan'.

Click the Compare button to start the next process. The results appear in two panes - files in the upper pane have been verified to 'exist', files in the lower pane were 'not able to be accessed'. Very few files should be listed in the lower pane when the Compare scan is complete. Click on each of the listed entries in the lower pane to select them. Right-click on the file and use the option Rescan. This will cause Windows Find to see if the file does exist, and then if so it will be removed from the list to reduce the number of identified files.

Click the Make a Log of what was found button and post the log here in this thread and wait for further instructions.
My notpad is gone. notepad.exe can not be found log: * DLLCompare Log version(1.0.0.125) Files Found that Windows does not See or cannot Access *Not everything listed here means you are infected! ________________________________________________ O^E says: "There were no files found :)" ________________________________________________ 1.357 items found: 1.357 files (10 H/S), 0 directories. I have installed Norton system works 2004 auto protect can't be enabled… i'm running a system scan now and there are virusses on the pc.
Click here to download xphidden.zip (so you can see hidden files and folders). Extract xphidden.reg from the zip file and save it to the desktop. When done, double-click the xphidden.reg and when asked to merge say yes.

Then using Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\dllcache

You should see a version of notepad.exe in there, 65KB in size. Copy it to both these places:

C:\Windows\
C:\Windows\System32\

Then, could you click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs and uninstall New.Net. Reboot when done.

Next click here to download LSPFix. Extract the program from the zip file and run it, make sure you click the "I know what I'm doing" button. Select osmim.dll and using the right-pointing 'arrows' and move all instances of osmim.dll it mentions to the Remove (RHS) side but leave everything else (it might already be over there when you open LSPFix). Click the 'Finished' button (if you exit with the X at top right nothing happens).

Go here and run online scans (all), allow them to delete whatever they find:

TrendMicro HouseCall
eTrust AntiVirus Web Scanner
Panda ActiveScan
Bitdefender
Command on Demand

Reboot when done. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here so that any remnants can be removed manually.
Here's the new hijack log after all the scans

Some infections couldn't be removed by the scanners

Starting to look better. OK do this. Click here, for instructions on how to enable hidden files and folders to be visible. After enabling, find, zip and send this file:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Utility.exe

to this e-mail address including a link to this thread in the body of the email.

Make sure that you have no browser windows open as this could prevent the fix from working properly. Open HijackThis, scan and when complete, remove the following entries by checking the box to the left and clicking 'fixed checked':

Click on Config then click on Misc Tools. At the new screen click on the 'Delete a file on reboot' button. You will be presented with a dialog asking you to pick a file. Copy and paste:

C:\documents and settings\florizone\local settings\temp\u.exe

into the file name field and press the open button. Hijackthis will prompt you to reboot, click 'No' and click the 'Delete a file on reboot button' again. In the box that appears copy and paste:

C:\documents and settings\florizone\local settings\temp\DIhWS.exe

Again you will be prompted to reboot, click 'No' and repeat the sequence for all these files:

C:\documents and settings\florizone\local settings\temp\9nOt9R0R.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mplvm6.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\exeesrv.exe

After the last file has been entered, when you are prompted to reboot, do so. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here for a final check over.
Here is the new hijack log

Hello, It looks like everything is ok now. From the 71 virusses Norton found not 1 has survived. I hope the last Hijack file I posted is ok? Thank you Stef
The log is clean, just a few fragments to remove. With only HJT running, have it fix:

Reboot when done.

The file you sent appears to be OK but I need more time to examine it.
