I am having problems with new home pages, toolbar, rearanging my favorites.

Scan with Hijackthis and check off these items:

Close all programs apart from Hijackthis and click "Fix Checked", then "Yes".

Reboot the computer.

Find and delete these:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\ACTIVE~1\dashfree.exe <– Delete the folder with name that begins ACTIVE, (check that dashfree.exe is in it to make sure you ge the right one)

C:\PROGRAM FILES\PLATFO~1\Rdr Loud Math.exe <– Delete the folder with name that begins PLATFO, (check that Rdr Loud Math.exe is in it to make sure you ge the right one)

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Eq Ref Vc Fast

Then post a new Hijackthis log.

That's a clean log now, but you could have Hijackthis fix these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE

They aren't necessary, and they do use up resources.

I'd recommend you update your Acrobat Reader to the latest version.
