Please help and let me know if I just need a new computer.  All the sites I try to visit are extremely slow in opening.  I cannot go from site to site,  and when I try to close one, I usually get the windows….site is not responding.  the same thing happens when I am playing a game, it usually just crashes and I have to close from taskbar.

here are the texts you have asked for.

still seems to hang up when closing out windows, i get windows is not responding   but other than that seems to be running better.

Don't think thats malware.

It can be:
windows is trying to run updates (Have you checked manually to see if you need updates)
antivirus security is the culprit
program updates
something is running pulling high CPU (which you can check using task manager)
