web dev languages

not my area of experience but from my understanding most if not all are free open source languages.

use linux on your pc and most of those languages will be there for you to use and learn i believe, they might need installing from repo or ppa though.

If you need to get expertise in Python development than you need to find the right software company which provide you the opportunities to learn from scratch.

If you want to learn various programming languages but are concerned about some of them being paid, you can reach out to different web development companies. They often provide free training since companies are always in need of such specialists, and they will also provide you with all the necessary software, even if it happens to be paid.
